Masters Weightlifting Club Details

The IFA Masters Weightlifting Program is a traditional percentage based program with plenty of the classic lifts from the floor and the hang, pulls and squats.

The volume has been adjusted accordingly for the masters  lifter to keep you healthy and progressing.

It was written to train every other day continually, but can be run on consecutive days.

Be advised you will be squatting (front or back) every session so plan accordingly and plan to PR!
